Title, who it's for, the fee you'll pay an introducer, and the rough deal value. Takes 2 minutes. Reviewed by the Know A Guy team before it goes live.

We push it to the network
Live on the board for everyone to see, plus pushed to operators in the relevant sector. The right person usually isn't applying to job ads, they're getting introduced.

You pick. The deal closes.
Hands go up with 'I can do this' or 'I know a guy'. You see who, their track record, and what they're proposing. You pick. The deal lives on platform, the fee is settled when it closes.

Browse live needs
Open to anyone, no login. See every live brief, the fee, the location, the brief itself. Nothing gated until you act.

Put your hand up
'I can do this' if you're the operator. 'I know a guy' if you're introducing. First time you act, you'll be asked to join, vetting by the Know A Guy team, 24-48 hours.

Get paid when the deal's done
Fee is set on the brief, paid from the deal, never by Know A Guy. We track the intro so nobody gets cut out. Illustrative cuts: £2k to £25k per deal.

Every member is reviewed before they appear on the board. No anonymous chancers.

Disputes go to the Know A Guy team. The fee is owed to the person who made the introduction.

Prove calibre, companies you've worked with, sectors, ratings. No surname or LinkedIn until the deal is live and tracked on platform.
