By accessing or using Knowaguy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Knowaguy is a network that helps people post needs, make introductions, and earn referral fees. We are not a party to any agreement between users and do not guarantee any outcome from an introduction.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for the information you submit, for keeping any credentials secure, and for activity carried out under your account.
Where the Service facilitates referral fees, payment terms are agreed between the relevant parties and/or set out separately. Knowaguy may charge a platform fee, which will be disclosed before you commit.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowaguy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold Knowaguy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
